Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your space. If a piece doesn't feel right in your home, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Please ensure fragile items are padded to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
